	Thousands of customers billed with a fictitious B/F value added to their January 2009 bill
	In our experience around 30% of meter readings are wrongly recorded when supplies transfer between suppliers
	Surprisingly these meter readings are often lower than the losing suppliers!
	Customers are often charged for electricity or gas that they have already consumed and paid (for) to their previous supplier
	It recently took us 3 years to finally resolve one case of agreed meter readings between suppliers
